A minimum of 6 participants is required to confirm a slot. In case the number of participants is below 6, the particular slot will be cancelled due to low occupancy.

Refunds will be processed within 20 to 30 working days

Payment terms : 100% in advance

Requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the ¨Company¨ with or without prior notice.

In that case full advance money will be refunded by the Company without any compensation to the User.

Carrier may for any reason at any time and without prior notice, cancel (if not filled at least upto 6 passenger),

Postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or any activity on or off the Vessel, or substitute another vessel.

Vessel sailing dates may be withdrawn at any time due to Govt. requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the ¨Company¨ with or without prior notice. In that case full advance money will be refunded by the ¨Company¨ without any compensation to the ¨User¨.

We shall confirm you the sailing, 10 days prior to the sailing date. Under low participation in a particular sailing date or any technical issue, the company may cancel a sailing date prior to the date of commencement.
